MAKING INCLUSION REAL
From Awareness to Action

A two day experiential workshop on diversity and inclusion, in Stockholm, in person
Many organisations speak about inclusion. The deeper work is learning to notice how identity, privilege, power and organisational habits shape everyday interactions, decisions and opportunities.
Grounded in Gestalt practice, this workshop offers a reflective and experiential learning space where awareness, dialogue and experimentation open new possibilities for action.
Participants explore
• identity, privilege and power in organisations
• bias, assumptions and institutional language
• how systems and decision making shape inclusion or exclusion
• practical ways to build cultures of belonging and accountability
Participants leave with greater awareness, practical insight and concrete commitments for change.
Language
The workshop will be done in English.
